Job Description: As a Merchandiser PR at Kamal Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and delight our customers. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing customer service planning aligned with merchandising and marketing objectives.
- Collaborating with buyers to understand product requirements and preferences.
- Working with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Requirements: To qualify for this role, candidates must have:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in merchandising or marketing roles.
- Gender: Female (preferred).
Skills: Successful candidates should possess:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with PR tools and platforms is a plus.
- Proven experience in merchandising or marketing.
- Creative and visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Location: This position is based in New Garden Town, Lahore.
