Role Overview

As Manager Security, you will lead all security operations across the Sukkur Campus, ensuring a safe environment for patients, staff, and assets. This strategic role demands proactive threat management, emergency response leadership, and seamless coordination with hospital stakeholders to uphold the institution’s safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee 24/7 security operations—access control, patrols, surveillance (CCTV), and emergency protocols.

• Policy Development: Create/implement security SOPs compliant with regulatory standards.

• Threat Management: Monitor, assess, and mitigate security risks to people and property.

• Team Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate security personnel; optimize duty deployment.

• Crisis Response: Lead during emergencies (disasters, altercations, theft) and conduct investigations.

• System Maintenance: Ensure operational readiness of security tech (alarms, access controls).

• Reporting: Document incidents, audits, and team performance for top management.

Qualifications & Competencies

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field.

• Ex-Army officers with relevant experience are highly preferred.

Experience

• 7–10 years in security management, preferably in hospitals, large institutions, or multinational setups.

Skills

• Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-departmentally.

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in security systems (CCTV, access controls) and incident investigation.

• Crisis Management: Calm decision-making during emergencies.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal/written skills for reporting and stakeholder liaison.
