Position: Manager Quality Assurance

Experience: 10 to 12 Years (Apparel)
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate or Textile Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of sewn garments throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Analyze and address quality issues such as defects in stitching, fabric, and construction.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Establish quality requirements for materials, components, and trims used in garment production.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance systems to continuously improve quality performance.
