SFL is the flagship company of the Sapphire Group and is one of the Lead Players in the Textile Composite sector of Pakistan. SFL was incorporated as a public limited company in Pakistan in 1979 and its shares are quoted at the Pakistan Stock Exchange. Our manufacturing units are located at multiple locations in the province of Punjab including Raiwind Road Lahore, Feroze Wattoan & Kharianwala, district Sheikhpura. Qualification and Experience:
Sapphire Fibres Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager People & OD to join our team. The ideal candidate should have:
- A Master’s Degree in HR with 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Training.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- The ability to drive change and promote a positive organizational culture.
- Strong HR functional expertise and a proven track record of building high-quality programs in all core areas.
- A confident nature and the ability to interface with leaders.
- Strong networking and alliance-building ability and experience in handling key stakeholders.
Role:
As the Manager People & OD at Sapphire Fibres Limited, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing HR frameworks that align with the organization’s objectives.
- Partnering with management to address the people agenda.
- Developing and executing a robust strategy to make SFL the place to learn and grow.
- Overseeing and managing a performance management system that encourages and rewards high performance.
- Supervising the succession management process to identify and develop future leaders.
- Playing a key role in facilitating organization culture reforms to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing market-competitive HR policies and procedures to build a healthy and inclusive work culture.
