About Us: Liberty Mills Limited is a leading name in the textile industry, dedicated to excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Marketing & Business Development to join our team in Karachi.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Education: Textile Graduate, preferably with a Masters degree.
- Experience: At least 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of merchandising aspects of woven home textile products.
- Hands-on experience in costing fabric and meeting shipment deadlines.
- Proficient in planning and implementing marketing strategies.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments, providing consultation and assessing products and programs.
- Coordination skills to work closely with customers in new development and order execution.
- Expertise in managing home textiles orders from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with product development for specifications such as design, fabrics, colors, and packaging.
- Strong focus on investing in and managing client relationships with a goal to maximize quality control and efficiency.
Role:
As the Manager of Marketing & Business Development, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Meeting with departments to provide consultation and assess products and programs.
- Coordinating with customers at every step of new development and during the execution of orders.
- Overseeing the sampling of approved designs.
- Managing home textiles orders from planning to execution.
- Collaborating with the product development team for product specifications.
- Investing in and managing client relationships to ensure quality control and efficiency.
