Job Responsibilities
As a Client Relations Executive at Airblue, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborating with sales and commercial teams to enhance client experiences.
- Monitoring market trends and providing insights to improve client services.
- Preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills
- MS Office Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
