Position: Manager Maintenance (Sewing)
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BE).
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the textile industry.
Expertise:
- Knowledge of textile manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
Location:
- Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of sewing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment issues, implementing appropriate repair solutions.
- Coordinate with production and quality control departments to prioritize maintenance activities and minimize disruptions.
- Maintain records of equipment maintenance history, including repairs and replacements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
