The company started off the business of assembling, marketing, distribution and sales of Kia vehicles, parts and accessories in Pakistan in technical collaboration with Kia Motors Corporation, South Korea. In this endeavor, Kia Lucky Motors has signed a General Agreement with Kia Motors Corporation for technical collaboration and complete knock-down supply. Job Description: Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for delivering top-notch support and expertise? If so, we invite you to apply for the position of Management Execution System Support (MES) within our Electronics Division, representing the Samsung brand. As a MES Support Specialist at Lucky Motor Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems, providing support to our in-house customers, and contributing to the success of our Manufacturing Execution System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive IT Help Desk support to in-house customers.
- Utilize your knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to work on portals and online platforms.
- Serve as an administrator for in-house portals and software systems.
- Identify and resolve networking issues to maintain a smooth IT infrastructure.
- Demonstrate proficiency in barcode printers and related settings.
- Collaborate and liaise effectively with other departments and team members.
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing ERP systems.
- Support Manufacturing Excellence Systems and troubleshoot IT issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum DAE (Diploma in Associate Engineering) or BS in Computer Science.
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in IT support and MES.
- Strong IT infrastructure knowledge.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Excellence Systems.
- Proven IT troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
