Now Hiring: Sales Officer (Sialkot)

  • Education: B.A/BBA in Marketing/Sales or relevant field.
  • Experience: Up to 4 years of experience in the Food/FMCG industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Officer at iNdVative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and market penetration in the Sialkot region. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Focusing on productivity, drop size, SKU’s per bill, and achieving defined KPIs according to set targets.
  • Ensuring the consumption of stock before expiration to minimize losses and maximize profitability.
  • Implementing trade and brand plans in the assigned market to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory through effective sales strategies and relationship building.
  • Timely raising of distributors’ claims and maintaining/building AVA (Availability, Visibility, and Accessibility) in the assigned territory.
