Position Overview:

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong relationships and creating effective plans? Do you possess consumer pattern knowledge and a deep understanding of the market? Chase Value is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Manager for Loyalty & Alliances. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our business growth by nurturing alliances, driving loyalty programs, and contributing to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Consumer Pattern Knowledge: Utilize your understanding of consumer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for loyalty program enhancements and strategic alliances.
  2. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to develop innovative strategies for our loyalty and alliance programs.
  3. Build Commercial and Strategic Relationships: Forge strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and industry partners, to enhance our loyalty and alliance initiatives.
  4. Formulate Organizational Effective Plans: Develop, implement, and manage effective plans that align with our business objectives, ensuring the growth and success of our loyalty and alliance programs.
  5. B2B Sales and Operations Management: Oversee B2B sales activities and ensure smooth operations of loyalty and alliance programs, maximizing their profitability and impact.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in consumer pattern analysis, market research, and alliance management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and goals.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales and operations management is a plus.
