About the Role
As the Regional Sales Head (B2B), you will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, driving business growth, and managing a high-performing team. Your expertise in technical sales and team leadership will be crucial in achieving the company’s objectives and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives in the B2B market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and successful deal closures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in B2B technical sales, with proven expertise in team management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.

This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan.
