Position: Senior Executive (Purchase)

Required Experience: 4 to 5 years in the relevant department.

Skills & Abilities Required:
- Sound Knowledge of Processing Material Procurement (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Preferably expertise in ERP/Oracle Operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Request for Quotation: Float requests for quotations to different vendors based on the nature of items required.
- Comparative Statement: Create a comparative statement after receiving quotations from vendors.
- Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with vendors regarding prices, quality, delivery timelines, and warranties.
- Timely Delivery: Ensure the timely delivery of ordered materials, maintaining an efficient and effective procurement process.
