Key Responsibilities: As the Manager – Financial Systems, you will hold overall responsibility for IT systems in the Finance department. Your key responsibilities include:
- IT Business Partner: Act as an IT business partner to the Finance Function, ensuring industry best practices are adapted for optimal performance.
- Project Execution: Oversee the execution of core business applications projects, aligning them with standards and business needs.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate actively with the Finance team to measure and enhance business processes within the Finance department.
- Coaching and Training: Provide coaching and training to Finance users and other team members on the systems being deployed, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Strategic Execution: Execute projects within the Finance department and participate in multi-functional teams to contribute to business strategy execution.
Requirements:
- Preferably Masters in Business Administration/Computer Sciences/Engineering.
- 6-8 Years’ experience working in large organizations in the Retail/FMCG sector.
- 2-3 SAP Implementation cycles with relevant SAP Certifications.
