Position: Manager Digital Channels Acquisition

Location: Lahore

Role Description:

As the Manager Digital Channels Acquisition at MCB, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition through digital channels. Your role will involve:

  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to acquire new customers through digital channels, including social media, online advertising, and mobile applications.
  • Campaign Management: Designing and executing marketing campaigns to attract and onboard customers to digital banking platforms.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance digital channel capabilities and expand customer reach.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing customer data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all digital channel acquisition activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or customer acquisition, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
