Position Overview
As a Senior Fashion Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our creative process, contributing to the development and execution of our seasonal collections. From planning and documentation to research and development, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our brands, “NISHA” and “FTB.”
Key Responsibilities
- Seasonal Planning and Documentation: You will be responsible for meticulously planning and documenting our fabric collections for both “NISHA” and “FTB,” ensuring that each piece aligns with our brand vision and standards.
- Coordination and Communication: Effective communication is key. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including embroidery, textile, and marketing, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of our design projects.
- Research and Development: Innovation drives us forward. You will lead the charge in developing new design blocks and concepts to keep our collections fresh and relevant to current and upcoming seasons.
Requirements
- Experience: The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of brand experience in fashion design, demonstrating a keen understanding of industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Education: A degree in Fashion Design from a reputable institute is required, showcasing your commitment to the craft and your dedication to excellence.
