Position Overview: As Manager Culture & Engagement at Crescent Bahuman, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving employee engagement. You will lead projects and initiatives to reinforce company values, propose and implement employee recognition programs, champion diversity and inclusion, and drive well-being initiatives. Reporting to higher management, you will measure, monitor, and communicate engagement scores, retention rates, and gender balance ratios to ensure continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities & Duties: Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects and initiatives to maintain and improve employee engagement.
- Leading values education and reinforcement programs.
- Proposing and implementing employee recognition programs.
- Championing diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives.
- Driving and implementing the annual well-being and engagement plan.
- Encouraging female applicants to contribute to our diverse workforce.
Qualifications:
- MBA-HR/Master’s in Psychology.
Work Experience:
- 8 to 10 years in HR, preferably in organizational development (OD) and learning & development.
Skills: Successful candidates should possess:
- Project and event management skills.
- Survey administration, feedback analysis, and reporting expertise.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Soft skills training capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, statistical tools, and analysis.
Location: This position is based at CBL Plant & Head Office, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
