Position: Client Serving Officer – Female
About the Role:
As a Client Serving Officer, you will be at the forefront of nurturing relationships with our esteemed clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and professionalism. Based in PECHS Block 2, Karachi, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and preferences.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of services.
- Coordinate and execute client projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a prompt and courteous manner, striving to exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and strategies to meet client objectives.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients, demonstrating value and expertise.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with good communication skills.
- Preferred candidates from IBA, CBM & SZABIST.
- Proactive attitude with a strong customer focus and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
