Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the supply chain for yarn dispatches, ensuring timely and efficient procurement processes.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor analysis in the weaving industry.
- Address customer queries regarding orders, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers, fostering partnerships built on trust and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with regulations governing procurement and supply chain operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field (Masters preferred).
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in yarn procurement or supply chain management.
Skills/Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of yarn and weaving processes, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing with suppliers.
- Proven management skills to oversee procurement operations and drive efficiency.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
