Experience: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the banking sector, with a demonstrated commitment to promoting equality and inclusivity.
Responsibilities:
As Manager – Banking on Equality (BOE), you will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives aimed at promoting equality and accessibility in banking services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to ensure equal access to financial services for all segments of society, including marginalized groups and underserved communities.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and launch innovative products and services tailored to the diverse needs of customers.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expanding financial inclusion and reaching new customer segments.
- Establishing partnerships with community organizations, NGOs, and government agencies to support initiatives aimed at promoting financial literacy and empowerment.
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of BOE initiatives, tracking key performance indicators, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Serving as a champion for diversity and inclusion within the organization, promoting awareness and fostering a culture of equality among employees and customers alike.
