Position Overview: Maintenance Supervisor
As a Maintenance Supervisor at Fauji Foods, you will be entrusted with overseeing the maintenance operations of our dairy facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the efficient operation of machinery and equipment.
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to procure spare parts and equipment as needed.
- Training and mentoring maintenance staff to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on experience in dairy maintenance, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Education: Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing dairy equipment, strong problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of maintenance best practices.
