Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking Management Trainee Officers (Sales) to join our team and embark on a journey of growth and development in the dynamic FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Management Trainee Officer (Sales) at Pepsi, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales objectives and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Execution of Plans: Implementing strategic plans and objectives to achieve zone and area-wise primary and secondary sales targets, while also ensuring product availability across all packages.
- Stock Monitoring: Supervising and monitoring stock transactions at all levels to align with planning and forecasting efforts.
- Distribution Management: Utilizing software systems to effectively manage distribution operations, including Return on Investment (ROI), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and inventory management.
- Market Analysis: Conducting market surveys to assess market share, sales trends, and cultivate relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, and retailers, both within our designated areas and among competitors.
- Customer Dispute Resolution: Collaborating with the sales force to resolve customer disputes promptly and effectively.
- Market Visits: Regularly visiting markets to ensure product availability, address shopkeeper concerns, and resolve any delivery or pricing issues.
- Target Achievement: Meeting annual volume and revenue targets for distribution, with a focus on expanding business into existing and new geographical areas.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Fresh to 1 year of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or equivalent, with a specialization in Marketing.
