Position Overview:
- Title: Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager – Accounts
- Division: Hosiery & Towel Division
- Qualification: ACCA, CA, CMA
- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager in the Accounts department at Kamal Mills, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial activities. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Financial Management: Handle the overall financial management of the Hosiery & Towel Division, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, provide financial forecasts, and analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Audit and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations.
