Position: Deputy Manager Quality – Fabric Analysis & Fabric Development
Location: Faisalabad
Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the textile industry? Gohar Textiles is looking for a skilled and motivated Deputy Manager Quality to lead fabric analysis and development efforts. If you have a B.Sc. in Textile and a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, we encourage you to apply and be a part of our dynamic team.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for fabric analysis and fabric development.
- Oversee and manage the fabric testing laboratory.
- Conduct and analyze fabric tests to ensure that fabrics meet all quality specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot fabric defects.
- Collaborate with the Fabric Development Manager to create new fabrics and enhance existing ones.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fabric testing methods and technologies.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation.
- Supervise and provide training to junior staff.
- Develop and implement new quality control programs and initiatives.
- Offer technical support to the production department.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Textile
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in quality assurance
