USGROUP operates across various verticals, including Apparel, Fabrics, New Ventures, and Logistics. As part of our Fabrics Vertical, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the quality standards and processes of our textile production.
Position: Senior Manager/Manager Yarn Quality
Requirements:
- BSc. Textiles (Major in Spinning Technology).
- Minimum 8-10 years of field experience in Spinning.
- Knowledge of materials, quality standards, compliance requirements, and various testing equipment & procedures.
- Ability to analyze data to identify the root cause of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Capability to handle customer complaints and provide feedback to the commercial team.
- Familiarity with industry certifications such as GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS, BCI, and their requirements.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead, develop, and train teams while maintaining accurate records.

The position is based at our facility located at 3 KM Defence-Raiwind Road, Lahore.
