Position Overview: Management Trainee Officer – Audit
As a Management Trainee Officer in the Audit department at Northern Bottling Company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This position is designed for individuals who are either fresh graduates or have up to one year of experience in the FMCG sector and are eager to dive into the world of auditing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Count: Conduct monthly and surprise stock counts of finished goods to ensure accuracy in inventory records.
- Sample Verification: Verify samples of empty containers, shells, and plastic sheets to maintain quality control.
- Physical Verification: Perform monthly physical verification of shipping assets and conduct audits of warehouse losses.
- Sanity Checks: Ensure the accuracy of empty credits to distributors through systematic sanity checks.
- Record Management: Audit, reconcile, and update records of empty containers, shells, layer sheets, and pallets.
- Loss Verification: Check and verify losses at distribution points and conduct bulk water audits.
- Age Analysis: Analyze inventory age to prevent expiry losses.
- Reporting: Provide detailed reports and analysis of monthly production and warehouse losses.
- Invoice Verification: Verify labor contractor invoices and conduct sample verifications of purchase orders.
Qualification:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- ACCA, CMA, CA-Finalist, M.Com, MS/BS (Accounts & Finance).
Experience:
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in the FMCG sector.
Location:
16-Industrial Estate, Jamrud Road, Hayatabad, Peshawar.
