Sapphire Dyeing Unit Raiwind, a part of the renowned Sapphire Group, is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Management Trainee Officers (MTO) in the Merchandising department. If you are a fresh graduate with a passion for marketing and a keen interest in the textile industry, we encourage you to apply and embark on an exciting career journey with us.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- MBA/BBA with a Specialization in Marketing
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome, but candidates with up to 1 year of experience in knitwear or the textile industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to understand customer requirements and preferences.
- Assist in developing and executing merchandising strategies.
- Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams effectively.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Support in the management of product development and production processes.
- Monitor and report on the progress of orders and ensure timely delivery.
