Position: Service Quality Consultant Department: Service Quality Department (Customer Support Group) Location: Lahore

Eligibility: Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career journey? Meezan Bank is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  1. Experience: Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
  2. Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree is required, while a Master’s degree is preferred. Candidates with qualifications in Islamic Finance will have an added advantage.

Job Description: As a Service Quality Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of service across Meezan Bank branches. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Branch Visits and Evaluation: Conduct regular visits to branches, meticulously evaluating their performance based on key service indicators established by the bank.
  2. Service Ambassador: Act as a service ambassador, facilitating branches in expediting service-related issues at area, region, or head office levels.
  3. Identify Service Improvements: Proactively identify areas for service improvement in both branches and banking processes. Your insights will contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
