Key Responsibilities: As a Management Trainee in Human Resource at Aisha Steel Mills Limited, you will be an integral part of our HR team. Here’s an overview of what the role encompasses:
- Recruitment Assistance:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and participating in on-campus recruitment events and job fairs.
- Staffing Needs Coordination:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Training Support:
- Support training initiatives by coordinating sessions and monitoring the progress of employee development.
- Event and Newsletter Contributions:
- Contribute to the success of company events and festive celebrations.
- Assist in the development of newsletters to keep the workforce informed and engaged.
- Benefits Administration:
- Support benefits enrollment procedures, such as health and life insurance.
- Address basic benefits-related inquiries from employees.
- Attendance Coordination:
- Coordinate with line managers to track employee attendance, overtime, and other related details.
- Database Maintenance:
- Assist in maintaining HR databases and files to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
