Position: Intern – Procurement Team
As an intern in our Procurement Team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive our procurement processes forward. Here’s what you can expect from the role:
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential vendors and suppliers, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement of IT goods and services.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring timely delivery of quality products and services.
- Process Optimization: Support the development and implementation of procurement policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Analyze procurement data to identify trends, assess performance, and make informed decisions to optimize procurement strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability from 1 PM till 10 PM, Gulistan-e-Johar.
