Job Description: As a Concept Lead – Girls at Zellbury, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our fashion line. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute design plans, concepts, and prototypes. Your expertise will be critical in managing schedules, timelines, and budgets for projects. Your ability to evaluate new design ideas and present design recommendations to stakeholders will be instrumental in our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cohesive design plans, concepts, and prototypes in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Evaluate and explore new design ideas or concepts.
- Present design recommendations, proposals, and options to stakeholders.
- Provide constructive feedback to direct reports and junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Fashion Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail fashion industry.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
