  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.

Overall Responsibilities:

As the Deputy Manager – Electrical, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our power generation systems, transmission, and distribution systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring: Oversee the operations and maintenance of 14.4MW diesel-based and 5MW Solar Photovoltaic-based power generation systems, along with the transmission and distribution system.
  • HSE Compliance: Strictly adhere to the organizational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy and procedures. Align your responsibilities to meet the set HSE performance parameters.
  • Electrical Maintenance: Perform preventative and corrective electrical maintenance, electrical repair, and installation of new equipment as required.
  • PLC Control Systems: Conduct testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PLC-based Control Systems.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain, diagnose, and correct electrical systems in all facilities within the respective department.
  • Procurement Support: Provide necessary information for the procurement of preventative and corrective electrical maintenance equipment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all equipment is maintained according to factory specifications and meets or exceeds industry standards.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to routine and emergency calls, coordinating necessary repairs efficiently.
  • Training: Plan and organize training programs for the Electrical staff to enhance their skills and ensure they can perform assigned tasks effectively.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify deficiencies or opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommendations: Research, develop, and make recommendations regarding the electrical maintenance and capital improvement of facilities, equipment, and systems.
