Position Overview
Role: Inspection Officer
Location: Lahore, Bahawalpur, and Peshawar
Reporting to: Immediate Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Field Visits Planning: Coordinate daily field visits with your supervisor to efficiently manage appointments and schedules.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to confirm visit timings and address any queries or concerns.
- Complaint Inspection: Visit customers at their premises in response to registered complaints, carefully listen to customer grievances, and conduct thorough inspections of mattresses and related furniture.
- Observation and Documentation: Document detailed observations and evaluation of complaints using prescribed complaint forms.
- Customer Guidance: Provide guidance to customers on further steps based on established customer service protocols.
- Education and Support: Educate customers on the correct usage and maintenance of mattresses to resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Graduation degree or equivalent
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, inspection, or related fields
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and observational abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
- Proficient in using basic computer applications
