As we expand and innovate, we are in search of a competent Sr. Executive Allocation & Replenishment to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Sr. Executive Allocation & Replenishment to play a pivotal role in our Supply Chain Team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing weekly launches, replenishments, and inter-store transfers. Your ability to collaborate with various teams, including store, categories, logistics, and warehouse, will be essential in ensuring the timely execution of our plans and efficient inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute weekly launches, replenishments, and inter-store transfers.
- Collaborate with store, categories, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely plan execution.
- Conduct inventory analysis and execute allocations effectively.
- Forecast and plan inventories according to store capacities.
- Timely escalate any issues or problems to the department head for resolution.
- Perform master data maintenance and cleanup as needed.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: BBA/MBA or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Fashion Retail as an inventory controller.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including Power Pivots and Power Queries.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make objective decisions.
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, and focused.
