Job Description:
As an Industrial Engineering Executive at STYLE TEXTILE, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest standards of quality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting production targets while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
- Balancing production lines and ensuring that the variation between operations remains within 10% of the tact time.
- Identifying bottlenecks in the production process and implementing Industrial Engineering tools and techniques to eliminate them.
- Calculating and improving machine utilization, with a focus on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices.
Ideal Profile:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or an MBA.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering or a related field.
