The I.E Executive role is a core operational position responsible for improving productivity, optimizing manpower and machine utilization, and supporting cost-efficiency initiatives across the production floor.

Time & Motion Studies

  • Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

Capacity Planning & Utilization Analysis

  • Analyze manpower and machine utilization across production lines.

  • Support capacity planning based on order volume and delivery timelines.

Cost Reduction & Continuous Improvement

  • Support cost reduction initiatives through improved efficiency and waste minimization.

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects aligned with lean manufacturing principles.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate effectively with production, planning, and quality assurance teams.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily and weekly productivity, efficiency, and performance reports.

  • Maintain accurate records of SMVs, line efficiencies, and improvement initiatives.

  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable format.


Required Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree (preferably in):

    • Industrial Engineering

    • Textile Engineering

    • Or a relevant discipline

Professional Experience

  • 2โ€“4 years of proven experience in Industrial Engineering

  • Prior experience in:

    • Textile industry

    • Garment manufacturing

    • Home textile production
