Experience:

• Ideal candidates should have 8-10 years of experience in the HR field, with a proven track record of success in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations. This experience equips candidates with the expertise needed to effectively manage the recruitment process within the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process for various positions within the organization, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, both locally and internationally, to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and department heads, to understand their recruitment needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to expand the recruitment network and reach a diverse pool of candidates.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management, incorporating innovative strategies to enhance the recruitment process.
