Job Title: HR Specialist – Training
Job Description:

Are you passionate about developing people and helping them reach their full potential? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an HR Specialist – Training at Style Textile in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Design: Create, design, and administer various training programs in collaboration with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
- Training Needs Analysis: Work closely with Heads of Departments and stakeholders to identify training needs, ensuring that training solutions are timely and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Training Impact Assessment: Gather feedback on training programs and conduct interval-based Training Impact Analysis to evaluate the Return on Investment (ROI) of these programs.
- HR Strategy Support: Provide on-site support to the HR team in the implementation of HR strategies that contribute to the development and engagement of our workforce.
Ideal Profile:
- Education: MBA (HR) / MHRM or any other relevant degree.
- Experience: 3 years or more in Human Resource Management, Training, and People Engagement.
