Are you an ambitious and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a background in the Food/FMCG industry? Do you possess an MBA/BBA in Marketing or Sales and up to 4 years of relevant experience? If so, Innovative Biscuits is looking for a Sales Officer to join our team in Hasilpur!
Key Responsibilities:
- Productivity Focus: Drive productivity by emphasizing drop size, SKU’s per bill, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with defined targets.
- Achieve Budget Numbers: Ensure the achievement of the company’s monthly and annual budget numbers, especially the volume targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive scan of outlets and establish proper sectional build-up within the assigned belt/territory.
- Stock Management: Monitor and ensure the consumption of stock before expiration to minimize waste.
- Trade & Brand Plan Implementation: Implement trade and brand plans effectively within the assigned market to drive brand presence and sales.
- Distributor Claims: Ensure the timely processing and raising of distributor claims to maintain healthy distributor relationships.
Qualifications:
- MBA/BBA in Marketing or Sales.
- Up to 4 years of experience in the Food/FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
