As an HR Officer – People Desk at Engro Corp, you will be responsible for providing HR support and assistance to employees and management. This is an entry-level position that requires a Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, concerns, and requests.
- Assist employees with HR processes, including onboarding, benefits enrollment, leaves, and performance management.
- Provide guidance and clarification on company policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Support in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports.
- Support in conducting employee orientation and training programs.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement, recognition, and wellness activities.
- Support in the administration of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to empathize and respond to employee needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise good judgment.
- Prior experience or internship in HR is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
