As an HR Officer – People Desk at Engro Corp, you will be responsible for providing HR support and assistance to employees and management. This is an entry-level position that requires a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, concerns, and requests.
  2. Assist employees with HR processes, including onboarding, benefits enrollment, leaves, and performance management.
  3. Provide guidance and clarification on company policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  5. Support in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  6. Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports.
  7. Support in conducting employee orientation and training programs.
  8. Assist in the implementation and communication of HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement, recognition, and wellness activities.
  9. Support in the administration of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions.
  10. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  6. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  7. Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
  8. Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to empathize and respond to employee needs.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise good judgment.
  10. Prior experience or internship in HR is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
