Job Description
As an Officer – Purchase, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices, confirm product availability, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Preparing purchase orders and tracking the status of each order to ensure timely procurement.
- Maintaining procurement records and preparing reports for management review.
- Ensuring that invoices are processed and sent to accounts for payment.
- Identifying issues in procurement processes and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Minimum graduation qualification.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant industry experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
