Job Overview:

As an HR Officer, you will play a vital role in managing the HR functions of the plant, ensuring smooth and efficient employee operations. You will be responsible for various HR tasks, including recruitment, employee welfare, performance management, and implementing HR policies to align with organizational goals. This position will require proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Management: Assist in the day-to-day HR functions, including managing employee records, payroll coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between staff and management.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the recruitment process by facilitating job postings, interviewing candidates, and handling the onboarding process for new employees.
• Performance Management: Assist with performance appraisals and employee development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Employee Welfare: Support the implementation of employee welfare programs and address any HR-related concerns or issues.

Key Requirements:

• Education: A BSc or MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) from a recognized university.
• Experience: 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably within the FMCG sector or a similar industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
