Position: HR Executive
As an HR Executive at Image EST. 1993, you will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of human resources operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Employee Records Management: Maintaining detailed records of the company’s employees, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Recruitment Administration: Administering the hiring process for new employees, from job postings and candidate screening to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding procedures.
- Department Supervision: Supervising the day-to-day activities of the human resources department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Policy Compliance: Ensuring that all employees comply with HR policies and regulations, promoting a culture of fairness, respect, and compliance within the organization.
- Termination Processes: Overseeing the employee termination process, including conducting exit interviews, processing final payments, and handling necessary documentation.
- Attendance Management: Managing attendance machines and records, monitoring attendance trends, and addressing any discrepancies or issues as they arise.
- Grievance Handling: Handling employee grievances promptly and professionally, providing support, mediation, and resolution to foster a positive work environment.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in human resources, preferably in the retail and apparel industry.
- Education: Minimum BBA (HRM) or equivalent qualification.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
