Key Responsibilities:

As Deputy Manager Accounts – GL, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records. Here are some key responsibilities associated with this position:

1. Examination and Assessment: You will be responsible for examining and assessing the differences between preliminary and real accounts. This involves a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring financial accuracy.
2. Business Review Meetings: Compile essential information for Business Review Meetings and generate on-demand reports for all business units. Your insights will contribute to informed decision-making processes within the organization.
3. ERP Module Management: Address inquiries related to the completion of ERP modules, including Inventory, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets. Your expertise in ERP systems will be crucial to streamline financial processes.
4. Financial Reporting: Oversee the submission of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports and projections. Your role will be instrumental in providing a clear financial picture to support strategic planning.

Job Specifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• CA Finalist/ACCA Finalist/ACMA Finalist with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Sound knowledge of Accounts Management, Auditing, ERP Usage, Financial Reporting, Advance Excel, and Data Analysis.
