Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee the budgeting process, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
- Treasury and Cash Management:
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources.
- Develop and implement effective cash management policies and procedures.
- Monitor banking relationships and explore opportunities for cost savings and efficient fund management.
- Risk Management and Internal Controls:
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive risk assessment and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure effective audit processes and compliance.
