Getz Pharma, Pakistan’s leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Regulatory Management team as an Assistant Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 4 years of relevant experience to contribute to the success of a renowned organization.

Position: Assistant Manager Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Qualifications: To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess a Pharm.D degree, demonstrating a solid foundation in pharmaceutical education. In addition to educational qualifications, effective communication skills and proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint are essential for success in this position.

Experience: Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant role, showcasing their expertise in the pharmaceutical regulatory landscape. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of key regulatory functions and registration dossier formats, including CTD/ACTD, and a basic knowledge of ICH guidelines.

Key Responsibilities: As an Assistant Manager in Regulatory Management, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in collating, compiling, and preparing product registration dossiers and related applications for submission to drug regulatory authorities overseas. This includes the preparation of variation applications according to the requirements of respective drug regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Knowledge and Experience: Demonstrate sound knowledge and experience in national and international regulatory registration guidelines.
  2. Application Preparation: Prepare product registration, renewal, and variation applications in accordance with the regulatory requirements of respective authorities, utilizing ACTD/ICH-CTD or country-specific formats.
  3. Communication Skills: Utilize excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external regulatory authorities.
