Are you experienced in garment technology and pattern making, with a passion for quality and efficiency? Eastgate Industries is hiring a GGT (Gerber Garment Technology) In-Charge to oversee pattern development and production processes at our Lahore location.

Position Overview
As the GGT In-Charge, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing pattern making and grading processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Managing fabric consumption and utilization to optimize material usage.
- Implementing quality control measures and ensuring consistent fabric shade management.
- Managing garment technology software (GGT & Tuka-tech) for pattern development.
- Handling costing and budgeting related to pattern making and production.
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A diploma in CAT/CAM/GGT or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar capacity within the garment industry.
- Proficiency in boutique and casual shirt style pattern making.
- Strong knowledge of fabric consumption calculation and optimization.
- Hands-on experience in pattern grading for bulk production.
- Good command of MS Excel and Word for data analysis and reporting.
