Position: Food Manager
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of food production, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen operations
- Managing a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of food quality and presentation
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring inventory levels and managing food costs to maximize profitability
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate catering services for events and special occasions
- Providing leadership and mentorship to staff members to foster a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry
