Role Description:
In this pivotal role, I am ready to take on the following responsibilities:
- Establish robust internal controls and guidelines to streamline accounting transactions and enhance budget preparation processes.
- Oversee the production of periodic financial reports, ensuring strict compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Spearhead tax planning initiatives throughout the fiscal year and efficiently file the annual corporate tax return.
- Implement cost control measures and diligently monitor expenses to enhance operational efficiency and boost profitability.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cost savings across various aspects of the organization.
- Provide insightful financial analysis, with a focus on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
- Thoroughly review reconciliation statements for banks, creditors, debtors, inter-unit transactions, associated companies, and stocktaking, in addition to overseeing the annual statutory audit.
- Prepare comprehensive tax accounts, P&L statements, and balance sheets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Conduct quantitative analysis of production processes and effectively value finished goods inventories, including raw material stores.
Qualifications:

- Education: BBA/MBA in Finance, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial management.
- Certifications: Highly preferred CPA/CA/CFA credentials, reflecting my commitment to excellence in finance.
