Position Overview
Role: Software Developer
As a Software Developer at Master Group of Industries, you will be at the forefront of creating and customizing software packages to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Software Evaluation and Design: Assess, design, create, and customize software packages in accordance with the requirements specified by management.
- System Integration: Integrate software across various systems to align with organizational needs.
- Installation and Maintenance: Install, customize, upgrade, service, and troubleshoot various software systems like Job box, CRM, etc., as required.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for users across group companies. This involves training, answering questions, solving problems, and documenting procedures.
- Report Generation: Ensure regular and error-free report generation as required by management. Generate reports promptly for end-users.
- Team Collaboration: Interact with the team for the development and upgrading of tools, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Skills Required
To excel in this role, candidates should possess expertise in the following technologies:
- VB.Net
- PHP
- JSP, Servlets
- Laravel, React JS
- Web services (SOAP/Rest)
- JavaScript, XML, JSON, XSLT, HTML

Experience
