Ltd. is looking for a Finance Executive to join our team in Islamabad. If you have 2-3 years of experience in payables, hold a degree in M.Com/MBA Finance, or are partially qualified in ACCA/CA, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Position Details:
- Position: Finance Executive
- Location: CDA Industrial Triangle, Kahuta Rd, Islamabad
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Payables
- Qualification: M.Com/MBA Finance, ACCA/CA partially qualified
Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Executive at Haidri Beverages Pvt. Ltd., your responsibilities will include:
- Daily preparation of bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Verification of invoices from relevant departments before processing in the system.
- Posting all types of invoices in SAP after matching with good receipt note and purchase order.
- Conducting weekly vendor balance age analysis for approval purposes.
- Preparation of weekly approval lists for all supplier invoices due for payment.
- Checking active/inactive, Filer/Non-filer status from FBR portal of each supplier for withholding tax purposes.
- Extracting WHT certificates and sharing them with vendors.
- Posting journal entries of all vendor payments in SAP for accurate financial recording.
- Communicating with suppliers regarding invoices, sales tax, and payment-related queries.
- Posting all expenses monthly accrual for monthly financial closing.
- Reconciling balances with supplier ledgers.
- Preparation of Debit/Credit Notes and sharing them with suppliers.
- Facilitating online transfer payments to vendors.
